Join a fast-growing, international team at the heart of our client’s Berlin-based Shared Services Centre. This is your opportunity to take ownership of German payroll operations while supporting a global network of entities.

The Role:

As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things payroll in Germany. You’ll manage payroll cycles (on- and off-cycle), work closely with Finance and HR, and act as a key player in system improvements and audits. You’ll also support business partners and maintain alignment with German tax and labour regulations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Prepare and process payroll using SAP HCM

Handle tax, social insurance, and compliance-related documentation

Partner with the Works Council & unions, ensuring smooth coordination

What We’re Looking For:
