Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a Senior Manager Operations to lead a European road transport operation from Duisburg. The role focuses on delivering high service quality, compliance and efficiency while directing a team of 31 professionals.

You will drive continuous improvement, work with senior management on strategic development, and manage cross-border transport activities in a hybrid working setup.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of leadership experience within road transport or freight forwarding.
• Strong operational knowledge of European road transportation.
• Experience within food, temperature-controlled, pharmaceutical and/or GDP-compliant logistics.
• Excellent communication skills combined with an empathetic and hands-on leadership style.
• Fluent English, with German language skills highly advantageous.
