ColliCare Logistics in Lübeck is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the German traffic operations and coordinate routes to the Nordics and Southern Europe. You will drive efficiency and support growth in a dynamic, international logistics environment.

You will recruit and develop an organization in Germany, oversee quality and cost follow-up, and collaborate across functions to achieve ambitious targets. Strong IT skills and a results focus are essential.

Tasks:

• You shall operate our German traffic to and from the Nordics and to and from Southern Europe.
• Pursue and develop measures that support the company’s goals and strategies
• Recruit and develop an organization in Germany

• Close follow-up of goal achievement by the branch’s employees
