Zusammenfassung

Cheplapharm Arzneimittel GmbH sucht eine:n operativen Beschaffungsspezialisten zur Sicherstellung einer zuverlässigen Versorgung von Arzneimitteln, APIs und Bauteilen. Sie arbeiten eng mit Sales, Quality, Artwork und Logistics zusammen, steuern End-to-End-Prozesse in SAP S/4HANA und überwachen Bestände sowie Brückenvorräte.

Sie bringen 3–7 Jahre Erfahrung in Supply Chain, Beschaffung und CDMO-Management in der Pharmaindustrie mit, arbeiten eigenverantwortlich und verfügen über starke

Qualifikationen

• Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Life Sciences oder vergleichbar.
• 3–7 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Supply Chain, Beschaffung und/oder CDMO-Management in der Pharmaindustrie.
• Erfahrung in operativer Beschaffung.
• Organisationsstärke, analytische Fähigkeiten, Prioritätenmanagement.
• Stakeholder- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
• Technische Fähigkeiten: SAP S/4HANA, IBP, MS Office.
• Englisch fließend; Deutsch vorteilhaft.

Aufgaben

• Operative Beschaffung von Arzneimitteln, APIs und Bauteilen für definiertes Therapeutikum.
• CDMO-Interface und Auftragsabwicklung, Abstimmung mit Vertrieb, Qualität, Artwork und Logistik.
• End-to-End Auftragsabwicklung in SAP S/4HANA.
• Bestandsmanagement und Brückenvorräte sichern.
• Stammdaten- und Planungsparameterpflege.
• Cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit bei Supply-Chain-Projekten.
• Unterstützung bei KPI-Berichtswesen und Datenanalysen.

What makes your day with us special:

Operational Procurement & Therapeutic Area Ownership
You are responsible for the operational procurement of pharmaceuticals, APIs and components for a defined therapeutic area, ensuring reliable and compliant supply.

CDMO Interface & Order Fulfilment
You act as the Single Point of Contact for CDMOs and manage end-to-end order fulfilment, coordinating closely with Sales, Quality, Artwork and Logistics to ensure on-time, in-full and compliant deliveries.

End-to-End Order Processing (SAP S/4HANA)
You manage the full purchase order lifecycle, including order creation, confirmation tracking, deadline monitoring, goods receipt posting and invoice verification.

Inventory Management & Bridging Stocks
You monitor stock levels, manage bridging stock scenarios and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure continuous product availability.

Master Data & Planning Parameters
You maintain procurement-relevant master data and ensure high data quality across systems.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Projects
You contribute to supply chain projects such as divestments and transfers and work closely with Sales, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs to ensure smooth execution.

Business Operations & Continuous Improvement
You support business operations activities including process mapping, process visualization, KPI reporting and data analysis.

What sets you apart:

Educational Background & Experience
You hold a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Life Sciences or a comparable field.
You bring 3-7 years of professional experience in supply chain, procurement and/or CDMO management within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in operational purchasing.

Operational Procurement Expertise
You have hands-on experience in managing operational procurement processes and working within regulated environments.

Working Style & Mindset
You are highly organized, analytical and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. You demonstrate strong ownership and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Stakeholder & Communication Skills
You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.

Technical Skills
You have in-depth experience with SAP S/4HANA and IBP, as well as strong MS Office skills.

Languages
You are fluent in English. German and additional languages are considered an advantage.
