Zusammenfassung

Investigo is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in Hamburg to coordinate end-to-end supply chain for a portfolio of pharmaceutical products. You will work with manufacturing partners, suppliers and customers to ensure product availability, launches and lifecycle management.

The role involves international coordination, demand planning, and regulatory-aligned packaging activities, with a hybrid working model in Hamburg and strong cross-functional exposure.

Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, Life Sciences or related.
  • Several years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, logistics or operations in pharma.
  • Excellent understanding of pharmaceutical supply chains, manufacturing processes and product lifecycle management.
  • Experience managing external suppliers, CMOs or contract manufacturing relationships.
  • Commercial awareness with exposure to pricing discussions, contract management or supplier negotiations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Aufgaben

  • Lead international product launches and lifecycle management activities.
  • Manage demand forecasting and production planning to ensure continuity of supply.

The Company

Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join their Hamburg-based team and play a key role in managing product launches, supplier relationships, and end-to-end supply chain operations.

The Role

As Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimising the end-to-end supply chain for a portfolio of pharmaceutical products. You will work closely with internal departments, manufacturing partners, suppliers, and customers to ensure product availability, successful product launches, and efficient lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and coordination of international pharmaceutical product launches and lifecycle management activities.
  • Manage demand forecasting and production planning to ensure continuity of supply.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.
  • Support contract management, commercial discussions, and price negotiations.

Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Several years of experience within Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Logistics, or Operations in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical supply chains, manufacturing processes, and product lifecycle management.
  • Experience managing external suppliers, CMOs, or contract manufacturing relationships.
  • Commercial awareness with exposure to pricing discussions, contract management, or supplier negotiations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Fluent German and English required.
