Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Neubiberg is seeking a Senior Manager Transfer Pricing to shape and implement our global transfer pricing framework. You will guide intercompany pricing, provide cross‑functional training, and support complex group projects including IP valuation for tax purposes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in transfer pricing in consulting (ideally Big Four) or with a global company
• Sound knowledge of OECD BEPS, MAPs and APAs in transfer pricing
• Experience with intercompany agreements and IP/business valuation advantages

Responsibilities

• Develop, review and optimize the group’s global transfer pricing strategy and its implementation.
• Ensure intercompany transactions are priced at arm’s length.
• Act as primary contact for business units, central departments and subsidiaries, providing guidance and training on transfer pricing and policy application.
• Provide expert advice on complex group-wide M&A projects and intra-group restructurings regarding transfer pricing, including IP and business valuation for tax purposes.
• Manage tax audits, MAPs and APAs to resolve transfer pricing disputes.
• Coordinate and support preparation of transfer pricing documentation (master file, local files, country-by-country reporting).
• Draft and review intercompany agreements to ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations.
• Monitor impact of transfer pricing legislative changes on the group’s structure and processes

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Support the development, review and continuous optimization of the group’s global transfer pricing strategy and its implementation- Ensure intercompany transactions are priced at arm’s length- Act as a primary point of contact for business units, central departments, and subsidiaries worldwide, providing guidance and training on transfer pricing issues and ensuring consistent application of internal guidelines and policies- Provide expert advice on complex group-wide M&A projects and intra-group restructurings regarding transfer pricing, including IP and business valuation for tax purposes- Manage tax audits, mutual agreement procedures (MAPs) and advance pricing agreements (APAs) to resolve transfer pricing disputes- Coordinate and support the preparation of transfer pricing documentation, including the master file, local files, and country-by-country reporting- Draft and review intercompany agreements to ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations- Monitor the impact of transfer pricing legislative changes on the group’s structure and operational processes

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A university degree in economics, business administration, or law
• A German Certified Tax Advisor qualification
• At least 6 years of professional experience in transfer pricing in consulting (ideally Big Four) or with a capital market-orientated, globally active company
• Sound knowledge of all areas of transfer pricing in Germany and internationally (including OECD and domestic transfer pricing regulations, BEPS, MAPs and APAs)
• Legal knowledge related to intercompany agreements and experience in IP and business valuation are advantages
• Significant practical project management experience, strong analytical and complex problem‑solving skills, as well as assertiveness and strong teamwork
• Strong communication skills in English and German (written and spoken)
