You will lead cross-functional collaboration with business units and central departments, oversee TP documentation (master file, local files, CbC reporting) and advise on complex M&A, IP valuations, and restructurings while tracking regulatory changes.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in economics, business administration, or law; advanced qualification preferred (Ph.D. or German Certified Tax Advisor).
• 6+ years of professional transfer pricing experience in consulting (ideally Big Four) or in a globally active company.
• Strong knowledge of OECD BEPS, MAPs, APAs and transfer pricing regulations (Germany and internationally).
• Experience with intercompany agreements, IP valuation and tax issues is advantageous.

• Manage tax audits, MAPs and APAs to resolve transfer pricing disputes.
• Coordinate TP documentation (master file, local files, CbC reporting).
• Draft and review intercompany agreements to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor TP legislative changes and their impact on the group.

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Support the development, review and continuous optimization of the group's global transfer pricing strategy and its implementation
• Ensure intercompany transactions are priced at arm's length
• Act as a primary point of contact for business units, central departments, and subsidiaries worldwide, providing guidance and training on transfer pricing issues and ensuring consistent application of internal guidelines and policies
• Provide expert advice on complex group-wide M&A; projects and intra-group restructurings regarding transfer pricing, including IP and business valuation for tax purposes
• Manage tax audits, mutual agreement procedures (MAPs) and advance pricing agreements (APAs) to resolve transfer pricing disputes
• Coordinate and support the preparation of transfer pricing documentation, including the master file, local files, and country-by-country reporting
• Draft and review intercompany agreements to ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations
• Monitor the impact of transfer pricing legislative changes on the group's structure and operational processes

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A university degree in economics, business administration, or law; an advanced qualification is preferred (e.g., Ph.D. or German Certified Tax Advisor)
• At least 6 years of professional experience in transfer pricing in consulting (ideally Big Four) or with a capital market-orientated, globally active company
• Sound knowledge of all areas of transfer pricing in Germany and internationally (including OECD and domestic transfer pricing regulations, BEPS, MAPs and APAs)
• Legal knowledge related to intercompany agreements and experience in IP and business valuation are advantages
• Significant practical project management experience, strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills, as well as assertiveness and strong teamwork
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
