Job description

Your Tasks

• Ownership of the international telecommunications omnichannel roadmap and rollout of telecommunications webshops across all markets
• Steering of the introduction, adoption, and scaling of telecommunications webshops and omnichannel capabilities
• Ownership of end-to-end customer journeys for subscriptions as well as commercial performance across channels
• Leadership of optimization initiatives to improve conversion, customer experience and business outcomes
• Translation of business priorities together with the Product, UX and Technology teams into roadmap initiatives and rollout plans
• Ensuring consistent customer journeys and omnichannel standards across markets
• Acting as the central interface between countries, Digital, Technology and external partners
• Successful delivery of the telecommunications omnichannel roadmap
• Rollout and adoption of telecommunications webshops and omnichannel capabilities across markets
• Improvement of conversion, attach rate and performance of customer journeys
• Growth of omnichannel telecom sales and commercial impact
• Achievement of rollout milestones, country launch readiness and adoption targets
• Delivery of measurable business results through optimization and scaling initiatives

Your Profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Digital Business, E-Commerce, Telecommunications, or a related field
• Experience in digital business ownership, omnichannel commerce, or international rollout programs
• Strong understanding of the telecommunications subscription business, customer journeys and digital commerce
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders from Business, Product, UX, and Technology
• Proven ability to steer cross-country initiatives and drive business transformations
• Telecommunications industry experience is an advantage
• Proven ownership of digital and omnichannel business
• Track record of managing International rollouts and stakeholder
• Experience optimizing customer journeys and managing commercial performance
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and execution strength
• Ability to translate business goals into roadmaps, initiatives, and measurable outcomes
• Effective communication and influencing skills in international matrix organizations
