Zusammenfassung

MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group in Ingolstadt is seeking a senior Program Manager to lead data, AI and transformation initiatives. You will drive cross-functional teams, own the business case, roadmap and governance while coordinating with external partners globally.

Fluent English is essential; German and retail/e-commerce experience are a plus. Expect international collaboration, 37.5-hour weeks and a full-time role in a dynamic electronics retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience managing complex data, AI or transformation programs.
• Experience in product data, master data management, PIM or related data-intensive processes.
• Good understanding of agentic AI, process automation and human-in-the-loop governance.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional and cross-organizational teams.
• Commercial mindset with experience in business cases and value realization.
• Fluent English; German and retail/e-commerce experience are an advantage.
