MediaMarktSaturn Marketing sucht eine/n Senior-Stratege (m/w/d) zur Weiterentwicklung von Geschäftsmodellen und Strategien. In enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung definieren Sie KPIs und Steuern Wachstumsinitiativen über Divisionsgrenzen hinweg.

Sie bringen idealerweise Erfahrung in Retail Media, Marktanalysen und der Übersetzung von Geschäftsherausforderungen in AI-getriebene Use Cases mit. Eine starke Präsentations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeit rundet das Profil ab.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Marketing, Kommunikation, BWL oder verwandter Bereich (idealerweise mit Master/MBA).
• Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln in einem dynamischen Geschäftsumfeld.
• Gesamtverständnis von Retail Media-Ökosystemen sowie Wertschöpfungskette wünschenswert; idealerweise Beratungs-Hintergrund.
• Idealerweise Erfahrung, Geschäftsl Herausforderungen in AI-getriebene Chancen umzusetzen und Use Cases zu entwickeln, mit strategischem Verständnis von AI.
• Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten.
• Stärke in Kommunikation und Verhandlung mit klarer Kundenorientierung; starke Präsentationsfähigkeiten inkl. PowerPoint.
• Zielorientierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise.
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Responsabilités

• Ausarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung von Geschäftsplänen und Strategien sowie Definition von KPIs in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung.
• Cross- divisionales Projektmanagement, insbesondere für Wachstumsinitiativen.
• Stärkung und Optimierung der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit, inklusive Prozesse und Methoden wie OKRs.
• Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsbereiche und Märkte; auch inkl. neuer, strategischer Partnerschaften.
• Überwachung des Marktes und Ableitung datenbasierter strategischer Implikationen für MMS Retail Media; Analyse von Mitbewerbern.
• Monitoring und Reporting.
• Auftritte von Retail Media auf Veranstaltungen und Konferenzen, inkl. Management von Partnerschaften.

Formation

Abgeschlossenes Studium in Marketing, Kommunikation, BWL oder verwandter Bereich (idealerweise Master/MBA)

Your Tasks

• Elaboration and further development of business plans and business strategies as well as definition of KPIs in close exchange with management


• Cross-divisional project management, espially for growth initiatives


• Strengthening and optimization of cross-divisional collaboration, both including processes as well as methodologies, e.g., Objectives & Key Results (OKRs)


• Development of new business areas and markets; also incl. new, strategic partnerships


• Market monitoring of current as well as possible future trends to derive data-based, strategic implications for MMS Retail Media; this also includes the analysis of key competitors


• Monitoring and Reporting


• Retail Media-representations at events and conferences, also incl. management of existing and possible future partnerships

Your Profile

• Completed degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related area (ideally with Master’s degree/MBA)


• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting in a dynamic business context


• Sense for technical as well as regulatory market trends and change


• Profound understanding of Retail Media ecosystems as well as value chain desirable; ideally, consulting background


• Ideally, experience translating business challenges into AI-driven opportunities and use cases, with a strategic understanding of how AI can create value across teams


• Very good analytical as well as conceptual skills


• Strength in communication and negotiation with clear customer focus, espially strong presentation skills incl. PowerPoint


• Goal-oriented, self-responsible way of working


• Fluent in German and English; both spoken and written
