Kloepfel Consulting GmbH in Düsseldorf sucht einen erfahrenen Procurement Transformation Manager (m/w/d). Sie bauen die Abteilung Procurement Transformation auf, entwickeln Einkaufsstrategien und führen Projekte eigenständig durch.

Sie übernehmen Personalverantwortung, arbeiten eng mit Kunden und den EPSA-Gruppenstandorten zusammen und treiben digitale Transformation, Prozessoptimierung und globale Beschaffung voran.

Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Strategie- oder Prozessberatung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Einkauf und Erfahrung in Einkaufs­transformation.
• Ausgeprägte Analytik und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten.
• Überzeugende Kommunikationsstärke und natürliche Autorität.
• Führungsqualitäten sowie Team- und Sozialkompetenz.
• Verständnis von Prozessen und Wille zur Optimierung in teamorientierter Umsetzung.

Aufgaben

• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung Procurement Transformation.
• Entwicklung und Implementierung von Einkaufsstrategien, -prozessen und digitaler Transformation für unsere Kunden.
• Eigenständige Durchführung und Leitung von Projekten.
• Entwicklung innovativer Lösungen und Methoden im Beschaffungsbereich.
• Personalverantwortung und Teamführung.
• Unternehmensberatung und enge Abstimmung mit Kunden zur Ermittlung individueller Bedürfnisse.
• Standortübergreifende Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der Kloepfel/EPSA-Gruppe.
• Active Akquise von Bestands- und Neukunden zur Erweiterung des Kundennetzwerks.

• Understanding of processes and willingness to optimise in harmony with team‑oriented implementation
