WHAT YOU DO
  • You own the entire employee lifecycle for 25 employees – from end-to-end recruiting, onboarding and offboarding to HR administration, pre-payroll preparation and contract management.
  • You act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related matters – pragmatic, empathetic and solution-oriented.
  • You maintain and continuously develop our HR system (Personio), ensuring efficient, scalable processes as well as sustainable planning, controlling and reporting.
  • You drive the professional development of our employees, coordinate workshops and identify suitable external trainers.
  • You shape our performance management process, facilitate performance reviews and support leaders in conducting employee conversations.
  • You ensure that our HR processes and policies are compliant and aligned with our culture.
WHO YOU ARE
  • You have at least five years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in a generalist role within a dynamic environment.
  • You bring solid expertise in HR management, preferably with recruiting experience, and you have a strong understanding of German labor law.
  • You are confident working with HR systems (ideally Personio) and enjoy structured, data-driven work.
  • You have experience in executing HR projects and actively drive topics such as process improvement, automation and efficiency enhancement.
  • You demonstrate strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
  • You are based in Berlin or willing to relocate for the role.
  • You possess native-level German skills and very good English skills (C1).
  • Bonus : You combine experience and enthusiasm for change management with, ideally, training in agile project management, or a certification as a Scrum Master or coach.
