Job summary

Freudenberg seeks a Senior Manager Marketing Controlling & Activity Management to oversee performance across major marketing programs. You will develop dashboards, govern top transformation projects, and support senior leadership with growth strategies and executive-ready materials.

You will ensure data availability for sound decision making in Marketing and help set the portfolio strategy, contributing to the company’s growth agenda.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, engineering, economics, or MBA.
• Experience in FMCG marketing/commercial functions and strategic consulting/strategy roles.
• Experience in top-tier strategy consultancy or Big 4 advisory is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in growth strategies, business cases, and executive recommendations.
• Experience in business analytics, market assessment, and translating data into insights.
• Local or regional marketing experience is desirable.
• Fluent in English; additional languages beneficial.
