Veristat is seeking a senior finance leader to drive performance across the Americas, Europe and Asia. You will lead a high-performing finance team, partner with business and finance leaders, and streamline complex financial processes to enable profitable growth.

You will review forecasting, implement transformations, and translate profitability drivers into actionable operational decisions. Strong Excel skills and cross-cultural leadership are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent required.
• 7+ years of progressive finance experience with strong analytical, leadership and partnering track record required.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and current financial and accounting computer applications required.
• Ability to listen, interpret, influence, challenge, build relationships, collaborate, resolve conflict, facilitate discussions, and negotiate in a matrix structure.
• Ability to influence, motivate others and lead change across cultures.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, leverage expertise, and serve as a consultant and business partner.
• Entrepreneurial demeanor with demonstrated ability to partner with leadership in driving top line opportunities.
• Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational, written, and interpersonal skills.
