Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management.
• Excel proficiency at intermediate to advanced level.
• ERP systems proficiency at intermediate level; QBO desired.
• Familiarity with GSuite and Slack.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Aufgaben

• Oversee general accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements following US GAAP - 280E standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor financial performance and deliver insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with department heads.
• Monitor variances and implement corrective actions.
• Develop financial models for business planning and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and audit requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
• Develop and enforce internal controls and policies.
• Lead and mentor junior finance team members.
• Collaborate with customers' operations, HR, legal, and other departments.
• Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to Management as needed.
