Nemetschek Group is seeking a Senior Manager Employee & Labor Relations to lead co-determination efforts across Europe from Munich. You will partner with works councils, manage complex negotiations, and implement compliant labor frameworks across functions.

Based out of our HQ in Munich, you will be a key point of contact for the European Works Council and for the newly emerging Nemetschek SE Works Council in Germany. You will also participate in global projects spanning local works councils. You will help launch a professional Employee & Labor Relations environment for Nemetschek in which management, HR and employee representatives work together as equals with a modern approach to co‑determination.
