About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Recruiter (m/w/d) to join our dynamic HR team. Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
