Your role

You as part of tonies: We are looking for a (Senior) IT Project Manager to act as the organizational engine of our global Operations IT landscape. As we transition from Microsoft Business Central to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, you will take on the role of Stream Lead & Facilitator for the Procurement and Supply Chain workstreams. In this role, you work in a close tandem with our functional Product Owners. While they define the business requirements and functional "what," you own the "how" and "when" - driving project methodology, managing the roadmap, and ensuring that our digital transformation stays on track across all operational departments. You are the primary facilitator between business stakeholders, internal IT, and external consultants.

Your mission

You are the primary facilitator between business stakeholders, internal IT, and external consultants. Your mission is to orchestrate a seamless SAP implementation for the Procurement and Supply Chain stream while simultaneously leading upcoming IT initiatives such as the rollout of related eSourcing and Demand & Supply Planning tools. You ensure that workshops are productive, decisions are documented, and that processes are mapped effectively within a scalable, standardized framework.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Workshop Facilitation & Leadership: Organize and lead functional workshops for the P2P and Supply Chain streams. Act as the moderator who ensures business needs are translated into actionable project tasks.
• Tandem Partnership: Partner with the functional Product Owner to manage the backlog and maintain a balance between business "wish-lists" and SAP Public Cloud "Fit-to-Standard" constraints.
• Project Governance: Own the project timeline, resource planning, and risk management for the Operations IT stream. Ensure milestones are met and progress is transparently communicated to Sponsors.
• Horizontal Alignment: Act as the organizational "glue" between functional streams to ensure cross-departmental dependencies are integrated.
• Vendor & Consultant Management: Coordinate external implementation partners, ensuring high-quality delivery, configuration, and documentation.
• Beyond SAP: Lead the project management for the broader Operations IT roadmap, including the evaluation and implementation of eSourcing and Supply Planning software.

What we are looking for

• Experience: Several years as an IT Project Manager or Functional Stream Lead within large-scale ERP implementations (ideally SAP S/4HANA).
• Facilitation Skills: You are a professional moderator, comfortable navigating complex workshops and driving groups toward consensus and documentation.
• Process Knowledge: A solid understanding of P2P, Inventory Management, and Logistics in international trading environments.
• Operational IT literacy: Previous exposure to eSourcing, Demand Planning, or WMS tools is a significant plus.
• Pragmatic Mindset: A strong advocate for "Fit-to-Standard" solutions to ensure system scalability.
• Languages: Fluency in both English and German (written and spoken) is required.
