Klüber Lubrication München GmbH & Co. KG, part of Freudenberg, seeks an IT Project Manager (f/m/d) for Mergers & Acquisitions in Munich. You will manage IT M&A projects end-to-end, from due diligence through Day 1 readiness to post-merger integration.

The role emphasizes overseeing IT landscapes, governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance, leading cross-functional teams, and shaping integration roadmaps with international scope and travel about 10%.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in IT project management within M&A or transformation environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in international projects.
• Fluent German (C1) and English (B2) with willingness to travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

• You manage IT M&A projects end-to-end, from due diligence through Day 1 readiness to successful post-merger integration.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in IT project management, particularly in M&A, due diligence, or transformation environments.
• Foundational knowledge in IT infrastructure; additional hands-on experience in frontend, backend, and modern workplace services is a plus.
• Expertise in enterprise applications and integration concepts is advantageous.
• Strong ability to maintain oversight in dynamic environments and to prioritize pragmatically in order to drive results.
• Excellent communication skills and proven stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to align diverse interests.
• Strong German (min. C1) and flluent English skills (min. B2) to manage international projects, and willingness to travel approx. 10%.
• Ideally, a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
