Job summary

Klüber Lubrication, part of the Freudenberg Group, is seeking a Senior IT Business Partner (f/m/d) to partner with senior leaders, shape the IT demand portfolio, and drive digital transformation across global functions.

You will own end-to-end demand management, translate business needs into scalable IT solutions, and work in a hybrid setup with international teams.

• Proven experience as IT Business Partner or comparable strategic IT role translating business needs into scalable tech solutions.
• Experience in leading digital transformation and cross-functional IT initiatives in international organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• You partner with senior leaders and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital innovation, process optimization, and business growth.
• In our global environment, you shape the IT demand portfolio by evaluating, structuring, and prioritizing business requirements.
• From idea generation and business case development to successful handover for implementation: You own the end-to-end demand management process.
• You drive digital transformation initiatives and strategic IT projects with international cross-functional teams.
• You align business objectives with technology capabilities and ensure sustainable, future-oriented solutions.
• While building trust through proactive stakeholder engagement and communication, you manage critical IT topics, escalations, and major incidents.

Qualifications

• Profound experience as IT Business Partner, IT Consultant, Demand Manager, Business Relationship Manager, or a comparable strategic IT role.
• Proven experience in translating business needs into scalable technology solutions within complex international organizations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, business processes, and IT architectures
• Ability to engage confidently with senior executives and influence decisions across different organizational levels.
• Experience leading digital transformation, process improvement, or business-driven IT initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
