You will translate business needs into scalable technology solutions, lead digital transformation efforts, and engage senior executives to influence decisions across organizational levels. Hybrid work model and global opportunities are available in this role.

Qualificações

• Profound experience as IT Business Partner, IT Consultant, Demand Manager, Business Relationship Manager, or similar strategic IT role.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions within complex international organizations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, business processes, and IT architectures.

Qualifications

• Profound experience as IT Business Partner, IT Consultant, Demand Manager, Business Relationship Manager, or a comparable strategic IT role.
• Proven experience in translating business needs into scalable technology solutions within complex international organizations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, business processes, and IT architectures
• Ability to engage confidently with senior executives and influence decisions across different organizational levels.
• Experience leading digital transformation, process improvement, or business-driven IT initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
