Veilant is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to act as a trusted advisor and direct partner to the CHRO. The role owns onboarding, employee relations, and compliance in a federal contracting environment, shaping programs for workforce engagement.

The Senior HR Generalist will lead investigations, coach managers, and own the talent lifecycle while ensuring audit readiness for regulations such as VEVRAA, EEO, and Disability. Strong data skills are required to influence leadership decisions.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of HR experience with government contractor regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; SHRM-CP/SCP preferred.
• Proficient with Paycom, Deltek Costpoint, and MS Office.
