The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of generalist HR experience, strong knowledge of ACA/FMLA, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

The Senior HR Generalist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration of Human Resources programs and processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations. This position serves as a trusted resource for employees and managers by providing timely support across onboarding, HR systems, benefits administration, payroll coordination, compliance, reporting, and employee records management. In addition, the Senior HR Generalist helps maintain the accuracy and integrity of HR data, supports continuous process improvement initiatives, and contributes to the efficient delivery of HR services that enhance the overall employee experience and support organizational success.
