Qualifications

• 10+ years HR experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Strong background as HR Business Partner supporting unionized workforces.
• Experience with Works Councils, employee relations, and collective agreements.
• Experience partnering with senior operational and business leaders.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven change management, organizational development, and leadership coaching experience.
• Ability to blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Experience in large-scale operational environments is advantageous.

As the Senior HR Lead, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior business and operational leaders, driving the people agenda across a large-scale manufacturing site. You will play a key role in shaping organizational effectiveness, managing employee and labor relations, supporting business transformation initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Working closely with site leadership, employee representatives, and the broader HR organization, you will have the opportunity to influence key workforce decisions, strengthen leadership capabilities, and contribute to the long-term success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic HR partner to business and operational leaders.

• Experience partnering with senior operational and business leaders.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated success in change management, organizational development, and leadership coaching.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Experience supporting large-scale operational environments is an advantage.
• Fluent German and English skills.
• Willingness to work 4 days a week onsite.
