Job Description:

For our human resources department, we are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/x) (R-255347). This is a full-time, fixed-term position planned as a two-year maternity cover. You will be based in Marburg or Hattersheim and report directly to the HRBP Agile Lead. Our HR team in Marburg operates in a modern open space environment, working closely with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Payroll.

The Opportunity
  • Support and execute people programs and initiatives within your client group.
  • Manage escalations from HR Operations Centers and handle special projects.
  • Advise management on employee-related issues and collaborate with HRBPs.
  • Implement strategies developed by HRBPs for your client group.
  • Drive talent initiatives within your client group.
Your Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR management, psychology, business, or related field.
  • 7+ years' experience as HR Generalist, Employee Relations Manager, or similar in a global organization.
  • Solid knowledge of labor law and cooperation with works councils.
  • Experience managing investigations and employee relations.
  • Knowledge of HR processes in a dynamic matrix organization.
  • Fluent in German and English.
