Jobtailor is seeking a data-driven analytics professional to build AI agents and data products that power global go-to-market teams. You will connect Salesforce, Gong, and other systems to automate processes and generate actionable insights for Sales, Solutions, and Revenue Operations.

The role requires 4+ years in analytics or related fields, strong SQL skills, and experience with AI tools like Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor. Remote work options may be available for qualified candidates.

Aufgaben

• Build artificial intelligence agents, data products, and analysis workflows for global go-to-market teams
• Connect information across business systems and automate repetitive processes
• Create reliable insights for Sales, Solutions, Customer Experience, and Channel leaders
• Rebuild sales and revenue operations processes to reduce manual work
• Build and maintain AI agents for call and deal briefs, customer follow-ups, target-account ranking, and deal-risk alerts
• Build and maintain data tables and scheduled analysis jobs combining Salesforce, Gong, and other go-to-market systems
• Create reports, alerts, and weekly manager briefs for sales leadership
• Partner with Sales, Solutions, Customer Experience, Channel, and Revenue Operations teams to define technical requirements
• Map go-to-market processes and improve data quality and efficiency
• Evaluate AI outputs for quality, accuracy, privacy, data access, safeguards, adoption, and effectiveness
• Report to the Director, GTM Engineering (Revenue Operations)
