Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to build and optimize production-grade BI dashboards for senior leadership across global sales channels and supply chain. You will consolidate data from Hardware, Software/SaaS, and Professional/Managed Services into unified views and own the global channel data model.

You will write SQL and transform data for weekly distributor feeds, harness AI-enabled workflows, and collaborate with IT and data teams to deploy autonomous processes.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, Revenue Operations Analyst, or BI Manager supporting global sales channels, supply chain, or multi-tier distribution networks.
• Proven track record building production-grade dashboards in PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker.

• Build, maintain, and optimize production-grade BI dashboards for senior leadership.
• Synthesize cross-platform data streams into consolidated, multi-regional views across Hardware, Software/SaaS, and Professional/Managed Services.
• Own the global relational channel data model across product catalogs, distributor master records, inventory snapshots, and POS sell-through files.
• Write, maintain, and optimize SQL queries and data transformations for weekly EDI/API distributor feeds.
• Configure AI logic loops to monitor inventory, detect stockout/excess risks, and stage rebate or promotional interventions for human approval.
• Architect automated validation rules matching daily POS transactions to Special Pricing Agreements and volume rebate tiers.
• Lead technical data work for integrations with distributor cloud aggregation hubs such as CloudBlue and ArrowSphere.
• Monitor and audit API data streams for multi-party private offers across AWS, Azure, and GCP marketplaces.

• Synthesize cross-platform data streams into consolidated, multi-regional views across Hardware, Software/SaaS, and Professional/Managed Services
• Track performance across Distributor-Managed Reseller and Distributor/Channel-Owned Customer direct routes
• Track and visualize Weeks of Supply, inventory turn rates, stock aging, and deal registration win rates
• Own the global relational channel data model across product catalogs, distributor master records, inventory snapshots, and POS sell-through files
• Write, maintain, and optimize SQL queries and data transformations for weekly EDI/API distributor feeds
• Standardize regional currencies and localized SKUs into normalized global reporting
• Conduct continuous data auditing across global distributor data pipelines
• Partner with enterprise IT and data engineering teams to design, test, and deploy autonomous multi-agent AI process flows
• Configure AI logic loops to monitor inventory, detect stockout/excess risks, and stage rebate or promotional interventions for human approval
• Implement document processing and AI-assisted workflows for distributor billing disputes and proof-of-performance documentation
• Architect automated validation rules matching daily POS transactions to Special Pricing Agreements and volume rebate tiers
• Maintain inventory tracking logic to calculate price protection credits and stock rotation eligibility
• Lead technical data work for integrations with distributor cloud aggregation hubs such as CloudBlue and ArrowSphere
• Monitor and audit API data streams for multi-party private offers across AWS, Azure, and GCP marketplaces

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, Revenue Operations Analyst, or Business Intelligence Manager supporting global sales channels, supply chain, or multi-tier distribution networks
• Proven track record building production-grade dashboards in PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker
• Experience structuring dashboards for multi-category portfolios covering Hardware, Software/SaaS, and Professional/Managed Services
• Experience with varied channel Go-To-Market models
• Practical or conceptual experience with LLM APIs
• Experience with prompt engineering protocols
• Experience with enterprise automation platforms such as Python, Zapier, Alteryx, or LangChain/CrewAI concepts
• Strong understanding of EDI 846/867, REST APIs, Webhooks, and JSON
• Knowledge of core ERP/CRM data schemas including Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle
