At Earlybird, your projects, responsibilities, and tasks will likely include:

• Managing specific funds, including budgeting, treasury, public authority management, and investor reporting
• Preparing, compiling, and verifying external investor and regulatory reports
• Supporting financial audits, overseeing financial statement preparation, and optimizing workflows
• Conducting analyses and projects, presenting findings to management
• Performing other ad hoc tasks related to fund management as assigned

What we hope you bring to the role:

An academic background in business or finance, additional auditing certifications, 2-4 years of experience in "Big 4" firms or similar, with previous auditing experience in private market funds (PE/VC).

Strong learning agility, communication skills, and quick understanding of concepts.

Demonstrated precision, conscientiousness, proactive work ethic, resilience, and a digital native mindset.

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite; knowledge of Fundrbird and Vestberry is a plus.

Enthusiasm for implementing new software solutions.

Native German speaker and effective English communicator.
