findIQ sucht motivierte Software-Entwickler, die in einem agilen Team nah am Kunden arbeiten und eine führende Rolle beim Ausbau unserer Entwicklungsabteilung übernehmen. Sie arbeiten an Frontend-UI-Komponenten, Backend-Diensten und REST-APIs sowie an einer modernen Tech-Stack-Umgebung.

Sie nutzen Technologien wie Svelte/Angular/React, Docker, Git und FastAPI, arbeiten an Datenbanken (SQL/NoSQL) und Test-Frameworks, und profitieren von flexiblen Arbeitszeiten, einem hybriden Office-Modell und

Qualifications

• 7+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung
• Erfahrung mit JavaScript/TypeScript und Python
• Erfahrung mit mindestens einem JS-Framework (Svelte, Angular, React, Vue)
• Entwicklung von Webanwendungen und REST-APIs
• Erfahrung mit Docker, Git, SQL/NoSQL und Test-Frameworks (PyTest/Vitest/Playwright)

Your responsibilities

• Close collaboration in an agile team close to the customer
• A leading role in the expansion of our development team
• Collaboration on a modern and tested software stack
• Participation in the entire development cycle, from design to deployment
• Diverse tasks in the frontend area, such as the development of new UI components and the integration of interfaces
• Design and development of new functionalities and services in the backend of our webapp

What we expect

• At least 7 years of experience in software development
• Good knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and Python
• Experience in working with at least one JS component framework (Svelte or even Angular or React) a JS component framework (Svelte or also Angular, React, Vue)
• Experience in the development of web applications and web interfaces (such as REST APIs via FastAPI)
• Experience with Docker, Git, SQL and NoSQL databases and test frameworks (PyTest/Vitest/Playwright)
• Creativity, commitment and enthusiasm - also for the start‑up culture
• Fluent in English, second language is a plus (e.g. German)
