Willcox Matthews Ltd. in Riedlingen, Germany, seeks an experienced Senior Finance Manager to oversee plant-level financial management with focus on cash flow, treasury, working capital and reporting.

You will manage two finance team members and collaborate with senior operational leadership on strategic financial decisions. The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing finance, strong HGB knowledge, ERP/Excel proficiency, and fluent German and English.

The Company

Willcox Matthews is recruiting for a global German manufacturing organisation specialising in precision manufactured components.

Due to continued development, the business is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join its manufacturing operation in Riedlingen.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Plant Controlling, you will take responsibility for plant-level financial management, with a particular focus on cash flow, treasury, working capital and financial reporting.

You will also manage two finance team members and work closely with senior operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cash flow forecasting, treasury and liquidity planning.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Oversee financial audits and HGB compliance.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
