• Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Implementation of complex energy contracts (natural gas, electricity, PPAs, etc.) in MET Germany’s billing system (cpX Energy).
• Input and quality assurance of billing master data (volumes, prices, master data).
• Generation of all electricity and natural gas invoices from the billing system.
• Forwarding billing data to downstream processes such as accounting, payments, and payment verification.
• Supporting Key Account Managers in customer service.
• Professional involvement in projects aimed at optimizing and further developing billing processes and systems.
• Participation in product development with regard to the processing of new products in billing and reporting.

Profile

• University degree in economics, energy management, or equivalent experience / education.
• 3–6 years of professional experience in energy billing or a comparable position.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Experience with the cpX Energy billing system is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and energy tax law is an advantage.
• Very good German skills and at least good English skills.
