exyte Management GmbH in Stuttgart seeks a Senior Expert ERP Change Management (m/f/d) to design and deliver change strategies for SAP S/4HANA initiatives across the organization. You will partner with leaders, guide teams, and drive adoption with a global perspective.

You will lead stakeholders in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, coordinating training, communications, and coaching to ensure sustainable business outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Psychology, Communications, Sociology, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, or Business Transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels.
• Proven ability to lead diverse, cross-functional, and international teams through change initiatives.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced, multicultural environments across regions and time zones.
• Hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English; German language skills and Change Management certifications (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) are an advantage.

• Monitor change readiness and measure the effectiveness of change management activities to ensure intended outcomes are achieved.
