Exyte seeks a Talent Management professional to lead the global leadership and talent development portfolio from our Stuttgart HQ. You will own the training portfolio, drive key talent initiatives, and oversee the annual performance cycle.

Requirements include a degree in economics/psychology/business or related field, strong HR analytics, and fluency in German and English. Expect collaboration with IT and leadership teams in a fast-paced, digital environment.

• Own and continuously enhance the training portfolio to meet needs.
• Drive global talent management initiatives such as Career Pathing and Succession.
• Lead the annual performance review cycle with stakeholders.

• Realize global leadership conferences with top management.
• Collaborate with Corporate IT on AI-powered HR initiatives.
• Manage stakeholders and cross-functional interfaces.

• Management and further development of Exyte’s global leadership and talent development portfolio within the corporate function “Global Talent Management”, located in the Stuttgart headquarters.
• Own and continuously enhance the training portfolio, ensuring relevance and alignment with organizational needs.
• Driving Exyte’s global talent management solutions such as Career Pathing, Succession Planning, High Potential‑Identification, Talent Review, global Onboarding initiatives and others.
• Driving the annual performance review cycle, guiding stakeholders throughout the process.
• Analyzing and interpreting HR and talent management reports to derive insights and support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Realization of our regular global leadership conferences with the top management team.
• Supporting our AI‑powered collaboration with our other HR functions Corporate IT.
• Management of stakeholders and interfaces.

Show your expertise

• A degree in economics, (economic) psychology, business administration, management, or related fields of study.
• Ambitious with professional work experience in a fast, analytical thinking and digital environment.
• Solid experience in HR talent and leadership development, including change management and training facilitation based on business needs.
• Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels, paired with a solution‑oriented, hands‑on mindset.
• Structured, committed, and team‑oriented working style.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors LMS would be a plus.
• Fluent in German and English, with strong MS Office skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel.
