Exyte in Germany (Stuttgart) seeks a Senior Expert ERP Change Management to shape and drive adoption of SAP S/4HANA across the organization. You will design change and communication strategies, partner with leaders, and guide employees through new processes to ensure lasting business impact.

You will lead global initiatives, coach managers, and enable cross‑functional teams across regions. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus, and change management certifications are advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Psychology, Communications, Sociology, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, or Business Transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels.
• Proven ability to lead diverse, cross-functional, and international teams through change initiatives.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, multicultural environments across regions and time zones.
• Hands‑on, proactive, and results‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English; German language skills and Change Management certifications (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) are an advantage.
