Exyte seeks an experienced SAP leader to own the strategy and roadmap for SAP S/4HANA across global landscapes. You will govern the template, cloud ecosystem, and end-to-end processes, providing senior leadership to SAP IT teams and managing licensing with key vendors.

The role is based in Stuttgart and requires strong governance and cost control expertise. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in SAP S/4HANA transformations, with fluent English and German as a plus, along with relevant

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years leading global SAP S/4HANA landscapes and transformation initiatives.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA architecture, governance, and integration landscapes.
• Proven leadership in matrix organizations with strong executive communication.
• Strong knowledge of IT governance, security, compliance, audit, and end-to-end traceability.
• Experience in vendor, service, and contract management (SAP, AMS) including budgeting and cost optimization.
• University degree in IT/Business Informatics; MBA is an advantage; SAP/PM certifications are preferred.
• Fluent English required; German a strong advantage.

• Own and drive the SAP strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and transformation objectives
• Ensure continuity of the end-to-end SAP program across implementation, rollout, and operations
• Lead and govern the global SAP (S/4HANA) template + SAP cloud ecosystem, ensuring standardization, integrity, and controlled deviations
• Provide functional leadership to SAP IT teams leads, ensuring alignment across domains and E2E processes
• Manage SAP licensing, vendor ecosystem, and strategic partners, including performance, cost, and risk control

Show your expertise

• 10+ years of experience leading global SAP S/4HANA landscapes, transformation initiatives, and rollout programs
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA architecture, governance, template management, and integration landscapes
• Proven leadership experience in matrix organizations with strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills
• Solid knowledge of IT governance, compliance, security, audit requirements, and end-to-end traceability
• Experience in vendor, service, and contract management (SAP, AMS), including budget ownership and cost optimization
• University degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
• SAP and project management certifications (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, ITIL, COBIT, PM methodologies) preferred; fluent English required, German is a strong advantage
