Exyte in Stuttgart seeks an Expert Functional Consultant – Logistics & Manufacturing to drive design, governance, and continuous improvement of manufacturing and logistics processes within our SAP S/4HANA landscape. You will coordinate between business stakeholders, IT teams, and service providers to ensure reliable, compliant solution delivery.

You will lead end-to-end design for Plan-to-Produce and Logistics, onboard acquisitions, and balance standardization with evolving requirements,

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of SAP functional consulting experience with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing, Logistics, and Plan-to-Produce (P2P) processes.
• Proven track record in multiple SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, or transformation projects.
• Deep knowledge of PP, MM, WM/EWM, and integration with Procurement and Finance.
• Strong understanding of MRP, demand and capacity planning, production orders, BOMs, routings, and shopfloor execution.
• Experience with SAP Fiori, workflows, approval processes, and cross-functional integration scenarios.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in international environments; fluent English and a good command of German are required; SAP certifications are an advantage; willingness to travel for project deployments and business integration activities is expected.

• Ensure stable and high-quality SAP S/4HANA operations for Plan-to-Produce & Logistic, aligned with SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead end-to-end solution design across Production Planning, Manufacturing Execution, and Logistics, aligned with global template standards.
• Drive fast onboarding and migration of acquired entities into SAP S/4HANA with minimal business disruption.
• Govern external service providers and implementation partners, ensuring delivery quality and accountability.
• Ensure integration, master data readiness, and testing quality for deployments and enhancements.
• Promote fit-to-standard adoption while managing controlled template enhancements under design authority governance.

Acting as the key interface between business stakeholders, IT teams, and service providers, you will ensure operational excellence, business continuity, and high-quality solution delivery.

A key focus of the role is the integration of acquired entities into our global SAP S/4HANA template. You will lead the design of scalable, fit-to-standard Plan-to-Produce and Logistics solutions, ensuring process, data, and testing readiness while enabling fast, business-safe deployments. Through strong governance and functional expertise, you will balance standardization with evolving business requirements and support the continuous optimization of our global manufacturing and logistics capabilities.
