Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Events and Marketing professional to lead the conception and execution of trade shows, open houses, webinars, and other online events. You will support on-site booth setup, monitor market trends, and develop a strong B2B marketing strategy for AR solutions VisionLib and Twyn.

Ideal candidates bring extensive event management experience in a B2B setting, strong communication skills, and a collaborative, hands-on attitude.

• Develop and manage activities for conception and organization of events such as trade shows and open houses.
• Provide on-site event support and assist with booth setup.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve B2B marketing strategy and initiatives for AR solutions VisionLib and Twyn.
• Organize webinars and other online events.
• Analyze market and competitors and monitor communication trends in AR and quality control.
• Collect KPIs and prepare structured management reports on effectiveness of activities.
• Work with Head of Marketing to design, organize and support communications across channels.

• Develop and manage activities for the conception and organization of events such as trade shows and open houses
• Provide on-site event support and assist with booth setup
• Develop, implement and continuously improve B2B marketing strategy and initiatives for the AR solutions VisionLib and Twyn
• Organize webinars and other online events
• Analyze the market and competitors and monitor communication trends in augmented reality and quality control
• Collect relevant KPIs and prepare structured management reports on the effectiveness and efficiency of activities
• Work closely with the Head of Marketing to design, organize and support communications across multiple channels

Requirements

• Several years of experience in event management and organizing in a B2B environment, both onsite and online
• Agency experience is an advantage
• Strategic mindset and a passion for developing plans and content
• Willingness to actively contribute to the team and define your own areas of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong hands‑on mentality and team‑oriented working style
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Willingness to travel approximately 30 days per year
• Very good German and English skills at C-level (spoken and written)
• Industry experience in the technology and/or manufacturing sector is preferred
