Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor Hamburg is seeking a proactive Marketing Events Coordinator to plan and execute trade shows, regional gatherings, and co-marketing initiatives. You will manage logistics, create compelling sales decks, and collaborate with publishers and demand partners.

You will design collateral using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva, brief the commercial team, and help amplify B2B communications through social media and localized content. Proficiency in German and English at C1 is required.

Qualifikationen

• First experience or training in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field; internships valued.
• Excellent organizational skills for logistics, event planning, and multitasking.
• Strong eye for design and layout.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, or basic design software such as Canva.
• German language proficiency at C1 level or above, written and spoken.
• English language proficiency at C1 level or above, written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal skills for partner outreach, external vendor coordination, and brand representation.
• Interest in digital media and programmatic advertising.
• Located in or willing to relocate to the Hamburg area.
• Nice to have: experience coordinating trade show booths, promotional materials, or corporate events
• Nice to have: basic understanding of B2B marketing principles
• Nice to have: an additional European language at B2 level or above
• Nice to have: basic knowledge of programmatic advertising and familiarity with the AdTech ecosystem

Aufgaben

• Plan, coordinate logistics for, and execute trade shows, industry events such as DMEXCO and d3con, and local partner gatherings
• Create, design, and update sales decks, partner presentations, and marketing collateral using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or other design tools
• Coordinate joint co-marketing initiatives with publisher and demand partners, including newsletters, case studies, and shared announcements
• Support B2B marketing communications through local updates, social media posts, and localized content
• Assist the Hamburg-based commercial team with scheduling, organizational marketing tasks, and preparation for high-priority partner meetings
• Deliver trade shows and industry events on time and to a high standard
• Produce quality sales decks, presentations, and marketing collateral with efficient turnaround
• Deliver consistent co-marketing initiatives and support reach and engagement of B2B communications
