Senior Controller (m/w/d)

Lead the development of our business management, integrating operational and strategic challenges, and serve as a reliable sparring partner.

Aufgaben

• Build, structure and further develop controlling standards and processes
• Develop and maintain key performance indicator systems and comprehensive reports
• Analyze business relationships and derive actionable recommendations
• Create decision-making foundations for managers and the board
• Continue the development of planning, budgeting and forecasting processes
• Support change and optimization initiatives from a controlling perspective
• Collaborate closely with various business units as a sparring partner

Profil

• Completed university degree with a focus on finance or controlling, or equivalent qualification
• At least five years of experience in controlling
• Experience in setting up or advancing controlling structures
• In-depth knowledge of cost accounting, accounting and investment calculation
• Proficient use of standard controlling tools (e.g., D365, BI, Excel) desirable
• Strong IT affinity and openness to digital and AI-enabled controlling approaches
• Excellent German and English language skills; Polish or Dutch an advantage
• Team-oriented work style, regular interface work and interdisciplinary project experience
• Self-assured, integrity-driven personality with fact-based communication and the ability to explain complex relationships in demanding situations
• Willingness to engage in international projects and related travel
