GC Graphic Consult GmbH, a leading HR consultancy in the printing and packaging industry, seeks a Senior Consultant to drive executive search engagements and client partnerships in Germany. You will lead recruitment projects and develop innovative consulting approaches.

A degree in business administration or psychology and extensive HR leadership experience are required, with a strong network in the industry helping to advance client outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Successfully completed degree in business administration or (business) psychology.
• Extensive leadership experience in a company's HR department or equivalent HR consulting experience.
• Penchant for analytical thinking, conceptual planning, and hands-on implementation.
• Broad network of key contacts in the printing and packaging industry would be an advantage.
