atrain GmbH is seeking a Senior HR Consultant to collaborate with clients and develop tailored solutions for organizational challenges. You will deliver programs in Talent Selection, Development, and Training and serve as a trusted, inspiring leader within the Team.

You will build strong relationships with clients and the Team, facilitate organizational transformations, and enable deep personal growth and development in individuals, while embracing our values and vision.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or outstanding Master’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or related fields.
• 5+ years of HR leadership/transformation consulting or facilitation experience.
• Intercultural mindset and drive for personal and professional growth.
• Willingness to travel, also abroad.
• Native German and business-fluent English are mandatory.

Together with your Team, you will be accountable for delivering programs and services in Talent Selection, Development, and Training. You will facilitate organizational transformations and deep personal growth and development in individuals. The role involves building strong relationships with clients and the Team and serving as a trusted, inspiring leader.

• Willingness to travel, also abroad
