Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years’ experience in Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, HR Consulting, Organisation Design or Workforce Transformation.
• Experience delivering projects in Total Rewards, Job Architecture, Pay Transparency, Job Evaluation or Career Frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• A proactive, consultative approach and desire to learn.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.

This is an opportunity for someone with experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, Job Architecture or HR Consulting who wants to expand their expertise across broader people, workforce and organisational challenges.

What You'll Be Doing

No two projects are the same.

One week you could be helping a global organisation prepare for the EU Pay Transparency Directive, and the next you may be partnering with senior leaders to redesign career frameworks, assess organisational structures or support workforce transformation initiatives.

You'll work alongside experienced consultants across a range of projects, including:

• Total Rewards and compensation strategy
• EU Pay Transparency readiness and implementation
• Job Architecture and role levelling
• Career frameworks and career pathways
• Job evaluation and benchmarking
• Pay structures and grading frameworks
• Organisation Design
• Workforce Transformation
• Talent and workforce strategy
• People analytics and workforce insights

You'll analyse data, develop recommendations, facilitate workshops and present directly to HR leaders and business stakeholders, helping clients make confident decisions about their workforce.

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• 3-5 years’ experience in Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, HR Consulting, Organisation Design or Workforce Transformation
• Experience delivering projects in areas such as Total Rewards, Job Architecture, Pay Transparency, Job Evaluation or Career Frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
• A proactive, consultative approach and desire to learn
• Fluency in English. Ideally conversational German.
