ATRain is seeking a Senior HR Consultant to collaborate with our clients and develop, create, and support tailored solutions for organizational challenges. You will be responsible for delivering programs in Talent Selection, Development, and Training.

Together with your team, you will facilitate transformations, foster personal growth, and build strong client relationships, serving as a trusted, inspiring leader in a remote-office environment.

Qualifikationen

• Ph.D. or outstanding Master’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
• 5+ years of relevant working experience in HR Leadership and Transformation Consulting and/or Facilitation.
• Native-level proficiency in English is mandatory, and native-level German is desirable. Additional languages are a plus.
• Intercultural mindset and drive for personal and professional growth.
• Willingness to travel, also abroad.
