Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking experienced Human Capital and Management Consultants with deep expertise in Reward Strategy, Organisation Design, Organisation Strategy and Job Architecture. This role can be based anywhere in Germany, but contractually you will be aligned to our German Office in Frankfurt.

You’ll partner with senior executives and HR leaders to solve complex workforce challenges, including designing Total Rewards and pay transparency strategies, developing job architecture and career

Qualifications

• Significant consulting experience within Reward Strategy, Total Rewards, Organisation Design, Organisation Strategy and/or Job Architecture.
• Strong expertise in at least one of these areas, with the ability to connect people strategy to business outcomes.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders and executive leadership teams.
• A proven track record leading complex client engagements.
• Fluency in German and English.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

You'll partner with senior executives and HR leaders to solve complex organisational and workforce challenges, including:

• Designing Total Rewards and Pay Transparency strategies that drive attraction, retention and performance.
• Developing job architecture, career frameworks and skills-based workforce models.
• Advising on organisation design and organisation strategy, ensuring structures support future business objectives.
• Supporting clients through operating model transformation and workforce change.
• Aligning reward, talent and workforce strategies to deliver sustainable business outcomes.
• Helping organisations navigate evolving regulations, changing employee expectations and emerging ways of working.
• Leading complex consulting engagements across Germany and Europe.

You'll work across the intersection of Reward, Organisation Design, Organisation Strategy and Job Architecture, helping clients create integrated solutions rather than tackling these challenges in isolation.

• Organisation Design and Workforce Transformation practices

You’ll bring:

• Significant consulting experience within Reward Strategy, Total Rewards, Organisation Design, Organisation Strategy and/or Job Architecture.
• Strong expertise in at least one of these areas, with the ability to connect people strategy to business outcomes.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders and executive leadership teams.
• A proven track record leading complex client engagements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in German and English.
