Qualifikationen

TASKS WITH IMPACT

• Accompany the digitalization journey within the framework of global HR transformation projects – from the initial idea to go‑live

• Support our global and local HR teams in the further development of SAP SuccessFactors

• Evaluate, design, and implement business‑specific requirements in close collaboration with the HR teams

• Work closely with our external implementation partners during project phases as well as in ongoing operations

• Support the integration of SAP SuccessFactors into the existing system landscape

• Actively contribute throughout the entire project cycle – from workshops to the implementation phase and post‑go‑live operations

• Take ownership for efficient processes, change and incident management, and ensure audit‑compliant process flows

• Analysis and resolution of complex issues within the scope of 3rd‑level support

• After successful onboarding: assumption of the deputy team lead role for our global HR IT team

YOUR SKILLS

• Several years of professional experience in project management with a strong focus on IT and HR

• In‑depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central; additional modules are an advantage

• Strong understanding of the value chain combined with solid business and economic expertise

• Fluent German and English skills (both written and spoken) with excellent communication abilities
