Position Overview

As a Senior Consultant in SAP Customer Service, you will drive digital transformation initiatives for our clients, manage SAP software projects, and provide expert customization and system settings through hands-on involvement. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is also key to your role.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP-Beratung: Drive digital transformation projects, including Greenfield and System-Update initiatives.
• Project Management: Oversee planning, support, and execution of SAP Customer Service projects.
• Technical Expertise: Take responsibility for system settings and customization tasks.
• Client Relations: Maintain and develop relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Degree in a STEM field, Business Administration, or equivalent qualifications.
• SAP Skills: Extensive experience in SAP CS (and potentially CM), with additional knowledge in CRM (Service) and FSM being advantageous.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
