Job Overview

As a Senior Consultant, you will drive digital transformation projects for our clients, focusing on SAP Customer Service. You will be responsible for project planning, execution, and system customization, maintaining close relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP consulting initiatives, advancing digital transformation for clients through Greenfield projects or system updates.
• Manage SAP Customer Service projects, including planning, oversight, and execution.
• Take hands-on responsibility by performing system settings and customizations.
• Maintain and develop client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and trust.

Qualifications

• Degree in a STEM field, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification.
• Extensive experience with SAP CS, and ideally with CRM (Service) and FSM modules.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, both internally and externally.
