Job Overview

As a Senior Consultant SAP SuccessFactors, you will:

1. Design the digital future of HR processes by guiding clients on how to effectively implement and develop their processes within SAP SuccessFactors.
2. Prepare concepts and lead operational execution of consulting projects related to SAP SuccessFactors.
3. Manage and develop SAP SuccessFactors applications, contributing ideas for their enhancement.
4. Engage in continuous professional development across disciplines and bring your own ideas and interests into projects.
5. Maintain close relationships with clients, nurturing existing ones and establishing new connections.

Candidate Profile

You should have:

• An academic background in Business Administration, (Wirtschafts-)Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in the HCM Suite, including functional knowledge of the EC module and familiarity with at least one additional module. Experience with S/4HANA (On-Premise and/or Cloud) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and experience with hybrid SAP HR landscapes.
• Project management experience, ideally including leadership roles.
• Willingness to share and actively impart knowledge internally and with clients.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, both internally and externally.
