Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Sage Intacct Implementation Consultant specialized in construction. You will lead end-to-end implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and data migration for construction verticals.

You will tailor Sage Intacct to client processes, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. Strong Excel skills and construction industry knowledge are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting, Business or MIS.
• Three (3)+ years’ experience providing consulting and implementing Sage Intacct.
• Sage Intacct Certified Implementation Consultant / Sage Intacct Construction Certified Implementation Consultant strongly preferred.
• Vertical industry understanding gained through operational or accounting involvement in the construction space.
• End-to-end consulting experience through entire software delivery life cycle following a process-based methodology.

• Manage multiple construction-vertical projects and customers through successful, on-budget, on-time implementation
• Execute implementation activities including consultation, requirements definition, solution design, configuration, testing, training, data cleansing, and data migration
• Maintain deep knowledge of Sage Intacct, advanced modules, and Sage Intacct CRE functionality
• Configure Sage Intacct based on customer business processes and industry best practices
• Apply deep knowledge of construction-industry terminology, operations, and micro-verticals
• Follow prescriptive implementation methodologies and templated project plans
• Utilize and develop less experienced implementation resources through coaching and mentoring
• Train customer end users at all organizational levels
• Document business requirements into configurable software solutions and processes using visual flowcharts
• Respond to technical support issues related to implementations
• Design and build industry-specific KPIs, reports, and dashboards
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
• Contribute to deployment best practices, knowledge repositories, tools, and service-delivery repeatability
• Mentor Associate Solution Architects and Solution Architects
• Serve as an escalation point for project issues
• Build internal and client relationships and support team-member growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting, Business or MIS
• General understanding of accounting terms through previous courses or experience
• Three (3)+ years’ experience providing consulting and implementing Sage Intacct
• Sage Intacct Certified Implementation Consultant / Sage Intacct Construction Certified Implementation Consultant strongly preferred
• Vertical industry understanding gained through operational or accounting involvement in the construction space
• Consulting experience end-to-end through the entire software delivery life cycle following a process-based methodology, or experience as an end user who has gone through a software implementation or upgrade
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros, preferred
• Demonstrated time management, communication, relationship building, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership, project management, organizational, and analytical skills; initiative and adaptability
• Microsoft Suite skills
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
