Implement Consulting Group is seeking a senior management consultant/manager to join our business & operations design team in Düsseldorf, supporting growth in Germany and beyond.

You will lead and contribute to complex transformation projects, design operating models, optimise processes with a digital-first mindset, and guide client workshops. Fluent German and English, 2–6 years of consulting experience, and a master’s degree are preferred as you shape our practice and develop colleagues.

We're looking for a senior management consultant/manager to join our business & operations design team in Düsseldorf and support our continued growth in Germany and beyond.

What you'll do

In this role, you'll lead and contribute to complex transformation projects, working closely with clients to design and implement solutions that improve how organisations operate and perform.

Depending on the project, your responsibilities may include:

• Designing and implementing operating models and organisational structures

• Leading organisational transformations and introducing new ways of working

• Optimising business processes with a digital-first mindset

• Establishing performance management frameworks and management systems

• Exploring and realising the business value of emerging technologies, including AI

• Supporting and leading post-merger integrations and carve-outs

• Designing and facilitating workshops with senior client stakeholders

• Leading project workstreams and managing project teams

• Developing trusted relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to create further impact

What you'll bring

The ideal candidate has 2-6 years of experience in management consulting, preferably in organisational transformation, operating models, operations, or related areas. On top of that, you:

• Hold a relevant master's degree or equivalent, e.g., in business, engineering, economics, or a related field

• Have a track record of delivering complex transformation projects

• Have experience managing project workstreams, stakeholders, and teams

• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex challenges into practical solutions

• Communicate confidently with senior stakeholders and facilitate effective client discussions and workshops

It's also a prerequisite that you're fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus).
